It is a lot of work but it is SO awesome. Sometimes it depends on the squad though. try to figure out whos trying out and if you think you can get along and work well with eachother. You dont want to fight with your team mates! But if you are social and talk to and are nice to everybody you should have lots of fun!
Don't listen to the people below. ALLSTAR and VARSITY cheerleading is competitive and AMAZING. If you don't know what allstar cheerleading is like search it up on google or YouTube. In cheerleading you stunt, dance, jump, tumble, and sometimes cheer(I know it really should have a different name)! I joined cheer last year, it is honestly my life. Once you enter cheer world it's so amazing how popular the sport is. Everyone sticks together and works together. It is a competitive sport and so much fun. My favourite hobby. Seriously consider joining. Allstar an varsity cheer is the best <3 :)
Awesome, if you enjoy sweaty jocks getting you pregnant and then secretly having abortions... I'm kidding about that. I'd imagine just about as fun as gymnastics if you've ever tried that. I haven't tried either, so I don't know.
