I hope you have the parents' and coach's permission. You can paint nails, do makeovers, watch the Bring It On movies, play truth or dare, play board games, make ice cream sundaes, decorate tshirts or pillow cases, make your own cheer bows, karaoke, have a fashion show, play 2 truths and a lie.
Get to Know Your Teammates -- Write questions on a piece of paper and put it in a basket. Each team member draws a question from the basket and must answer it honestly. Such questions could be “Who is your hero,” “What profession would you like to pursue,” or even something silly like “If you were an animal, which would you choose and why?”
Mystery Snacks -- Divide into teams. Blindfold one person from each team and have them taste a variety of snacks and guess what it is. Keep score.
Embarrassing Moments -- Have each team member write down his/her most embarrassing moment. Collect them and read them one at a time, letting the team guess whose it is.
Human Letters -Divide the squad into groups of 4 to 5 people. The coach calls out a letter. Each group has to spell out the letter on the ground with their bodies. The group to get the letter the fastest, or the most accurate, wins. Keep score.
They call it kidnapping but we really just take the incoming freshman girls with their parents permission of course and keep them up all night
Scrap some cash together and rent a few movies and buy some snacks. That would be pretty fun, also maybe board games and/or video games (idk some people don't like 'em, board games or video games)? You guys just need to bond, and I think watching movies would be pretty fun (get newer ones...unless everyone else prefers a certain type). Anyway, have fun, hope this could help a little bit...probably not, but I tried.
Wait your kidnapping
