Hi..I feel that all the sports are good for health..Some of them are walking, jogging, swimming, badminton,cycling...They help in reducing the cholesterol and regulates BP...All helps in reducing over weight and maintains good health..Always we must keep in mind "Health is wealth and Sound mind lives in sound body"

Any sport/activity that you use your arms and/or legs constantly. That reduces the affects of heart disease. You need your heart to live.
