It's a Possible chance. They already knocked off the Blues once last year towards the end of the season (When Ratten got the sack). So it's pretty much a 50/50 call. The Suns have proved themselves a hard nut up at Metricon, so expect another good tight contest between both clubs.
If the Suns play as well as yesterday, then yes. But they'll need to be somewhere close to their best to be a chance, and their form has been down somewhat in the past month. Should be a close one.
Last season the Blues came to the Gold Coast &forgot they had a game to win &lost. so my guess is that Mick Malthouse will have the boys in a different mind set than the one they were in last season. I went to last nights game Pies V Suns. Nathan Buckley should be shot for allowing Garry Ablett to roam the ground with out a tagger. fantastic game of footy but it was made very clear that the Pies are missing the services of one Harry O'Brien. his run off half back was not there. so the Collingwood boys kept trying to kick the ball out from half back most of the time. but Guy McKenna had already prepared his team for that. check mate! I reckon they can beat anybody at home, on the road might be a different story though, it was great to see them hold off the Pies yesterday after some of the worst umpiring decisions I have ever seen went against them in the last 1/4
missing one man was certainly not the reason Collingwood were beaten by gold coast and nor was it umpiring decisions they were simply beaten by a better side on the night. the head says the blues will beat the gold coast. but the heart would definitely love to see carlton thrashed by them
