Andrew Walker, has played midfield, back flank, key forward and crumbing forward
Jack Watts Can go forward and kick a few goals but when needed can go back in defence. Save many goals last year. He's also about to be used more heavily in the midfield. A lot better than people give him credit for.
The best swingman is probably Merrett. He plays back and forward regularly. But shitee isn't Hanley something when he goes forward!
I'd say Brett Deledio, he's showed he can play as a backmen and a midfield player but I remember a few years ago he was playing out of the goal square and kicking bags of 5 here and there.
I racked my brains for the most suitable player for the Hawks, but couldn't come up with just one, mate. I've gone for; Jordan Roughead, Jordan Lewis, and, Luke Hodge.
I'd say Cox, since if he hadn't grown quite so tall he'd be perfectly at home just as any other mid-fielder. Not many ruckmen can say that.
Justin Westhoff. Flexibility to play anywhere, can cover a lot of ground for the whole game. He saved the game for us against St Kilda this year with two grabs in defence in the dying stages.
Ricky Henderson can play as a running defender, wing man and as a forward.
Dean Cox and Nic Nat.
Ben Reid does well back and front swan can play forward and Pendels could play on the moon and still be a star
