Asking here it will obviously be NRL. If you asked this in American football it would be NFL.

But for the sake of answering and the two points I'd say Rugby league mostly becuase although it is satisfying to see a nice pass to the WR and a touch down in Gridiron I'd have to say Rugby League manly becuase I know most a spectator and player would about a game but also its more flowing and it is good to watch even when its low scoring and nothing mutch happens
NRL,the only way to go.
I prefer the NFL because I'm not familiar with the game of rugby and too old to learn
