Each side has innings of 20 overs where the first 6 have fielding restrictions. Each bowler can only bowl a maximum of 4 overs where they have little room for error to bowl wides and no balls compared to that in test cricket. They're basically the same restrictions as in ODI, but front foot no-balls result in Free Hits. These free hits require the same ball to be bowled again however the batsmen can't be dismissed by a non-run out dismissal and the field has to stay the same as the ball the front foot no-ball was bowled. Basically the team that can get the most runs in their innings wins the match. Yes, the Duck-Worth Lewis Method does cone into place when overs are lost, however as it is adopted from the ODI method of calculation, it usually gives an advantage to the team batting second.
