Im about 5'9" and 250 lbs. I have no experience playing with a team and have very small knowledge of the sport. People have always asked me to play because of my size. watch football. old games, talk to people that know about. the more you watch the better you understand. then get into running shape. if you cant run a 40 meter in under 8 seconds I wouldn't play. if you can and have learned enough about the game then go for it. make sure if your big your strong. try out. and good luck:)
