I'd book in the Dragons to win it. Both teams were average last week at best but at least the Dragons looked threatening and actually scored compared to the Raiders. Raiders have off field problems so I tip the Dragons to get up by 12+

Look for the Raiders to bounce back. The Dragons are missing that something extra to make them a winner.
