My first day of football conditioning went bad?

It went like you'd think it would go We did warm ups Shuffles Sprints Stretches Jumping jacks Etc Hitting drills But then came the time of practicing plays I was right tackle (one of the linemen) and I had no idea what we were doing I had no idea what the plays were Can you guys tell me what the different plays are for offense and defense? Well how old r u? If ur in high school u the plays will depend on what play book ur coach uses. If ur an offensive linemen u will usually down block, cut block ,slide right, slide left etc.. Defensive linemen plays r really complicated but basically u will be shooting the gaps: ( A gap , B gap , D gap etc) just stay after practice and talk to your coach a little. But u are not going to get good answers cuz every team runs different plays. On defense we ran a 4-3 and sometimes a 3-4 formation with a QB spy and a Fire mike and ice Mike. Every team has different plays. Do u even watch football, have u played it before? Cuz if ur old than 10 yrs u should know this stuff

that happen to me too the feeling of throwing up, is cause i was so out of running shape and i drinked to much water so lay low on the water if not u gonna feel like **** during practices if u drink it to much. and as for learning ur position n u should talk to your coach's or a veteran player on the team to show u how to play it.
