I think the AFL has made a mistake?

Reading through the draw, I found out that Collingwood are playing 5 games interstate. 5! Rd 7 vs Fremantle (Patersons) Rd 10 vs Brisbane (Gabba) Rd 14 vs Port (AAMI) Rd 17 vs Gold Coast (Metricon) Rd 20 vs Sydney (ANZ) This is a huge outrage. It's just not on, I believe that a lot of Collingwood supporters aren't happy about it either, seems that every time they go interstate to watch the pies the houses they are squatting in get pulled down. Edit: calm down pie fans, I'm only being serious: )

I wonder if they can get permission under their parole conditions :-)

Well for a period of time a few years ago, it seemed like the pies had less interstate games than most Victorian teams and got to camp at the G for a majority of the year. So in the grand scheme of things, it all eventually evens out.

we had 5 last year aswell at the same venues except we played GC at home and GWS away. get over it.

Every other team plays 5 or more away why should collingwood be the only team not to. Melbourne play 7 interstate games (counting skilled at Geelong because you can't get a seat anyway) so get over it.

An act of charitable benevolence on the part of the AFL again. LOL.

with the best on the road record in the AFL we could play on the moon and still win if the pies played the crows twice a year every year and lose all those games it would take 12 years for the crow just to be even

A lack of home games for Collingwood correlates with increased crime rates and teenage pregnancy rates. The AFL are doing all you Melbourneans a favour.
