You don't "join".. You get invited if they think you're good enough. Word gets round about good young players. Club scouts come and watch them. It's done completely anonymously. The scout will just be another guy on the touchline. If the scout thinks you're good enough they'll invite you in for a trial. If the scout doesn't think you're good enough you'll hear nothing. There are about 50 million kids that would "like to join in these clubs". 99.99% of them simply aren't good enough.
