We were playing today, I was trucking right past the offensive lineman. Anyways, I did great almost perfect but I got tired real quick. I had a lack of water witch was half the problem but I couldn't even play past 30 minutes. I just turned 15 and are 5'10 170 pounds. to increase your stamina you have to run. not on a treadmill but like the outside experience just like when ur playin football. run around your block if its safe or when your at school run around the football field. good luck

Interval training is the best. Run 50 meters at 80% then have a 10 sec break. Do that 5 times. Then run 10 meters at 100% with a 5 sec break. Then do the 50 meter then 10 meter. Do that for 15 minutes and as it gets easier do it for longer. It's the easiest way to get fit quickly!
