I am a fullback for my rugby team amd play 2nd grade rugby union. I recently hurt myself in a ruck. My parents FREAKED out. They now don't want me to play rugby ever again. However, rugby is my crack. They also said I'm too small to play rugby and I have to get bigger like my brother (the prop) I need to get big quick. PLEASE. Please include something like a schedule, good exercises and good foods to eat. It would be greatly appreciated. PLEASE HELP!!!!!I am a fullback for my rugby team amd play 2nd grade rugby union. Hi, I play Loosehead prop and I weigh 10 stone 6 pounds. I don't look it from being big but most of it is from muscle mass. I'm quite tall though. But if i were you I would eat Protein(Beef, Chicken, Lamb etc.) and lots of carbohydrates(Potatoes, Pizza, Jams and preserves etc.) while doing this try working out, start with a weight you feel comfortable with and keep doing this and gradually add more weight. But DO NOT over do it with the weights. You know the saying "No pain, no gain", right? well this isn't entirely true. If you feel any pain you stop immediately and start with the light weights again. I hope don't end up quitting it though, I'd hate to be made to stop it when its the one thing I do best. Good luck man. I'm 13 by the way.
You should start by doing push-up and pull ups an dips then move on to free weights. After a couple of months
