I never recommend using something else that hand soap and some tissue. Anything else will damage your boots so if they can't be remove by using those I recommend not to use other chemicals unless you are willing to damage the boots upper. You just need to accept all boots will get dirty when playing is impossible for them not to just relaxed and keep playing.
