I am 5"3, weigh 100 and i know thats skinny and i am a freshmen

Workout. Coaches love to see you achieve in the weight room. If you dont have weights, do pushups. That alone will increase your bench press. Run outside, that will make you have better stamina. Work on foot work. They wont expect much from a freshman, so do work and blow the coaches away. Good luck!

Unless you played in MS, participated in the district Summer Strength and Conditioning camps, it is VERY unlikely you will play in HS.

Work out and gain muscle and work on your stamina BUT DONT USE STEROIDS!
