I'm starting cheer leading next year for my freshman year. I really want to learn a scorpion but I don't think I'm flexible enough yet. I know it takes time but how to you get a hang of lifting your leg high and quick enough. I can do the splits all the way down. My bridge is not so stiff so I can go down into a back bend.
