For a Forward or Striker, a good drill would be taking shots on the Goalie. For a Midfielder, a good drill would be crossing the ball across the field or into the box. For a Defender, a good drill would be taking an out of control pass, controlling it, and passing it back. For a Goalie, a good drill would be taking shots from the Forwards.
