All AFL recruiters at other clubs will know the players delisted like the back of their hands . They will have much info on all of the players dating back to their draft camp days, the depth of which would possibly shock most footy supporters. While delistings are not always sinister, given a club may have to many of the same type player, very often some real hidden gems can be found among players let go by their club, and they become eagerly sort by the other clubs .
