Carlton may have got into the 8 under very unusual circumstances, but on the day they were better, a lot more composed than Richmond and simply wanted it more. Richmond only have themselves to blame.
Wish it happened to Richmond for all the times they have finished 9th and technically haven't been good enough to play finals Heres one for you Joe, The AFL are moving your home preliminary to the MCG because they dont want teams having to travel to insignificant country towns to play in substandard stadiums, they think the supporters wont be getting a fair deal.
If i was a tiger fan, I probably would but since I'm not, I dont think they were robbed. Carlton were better on the day, Richmond looked tired and not as "hungry" as Carlton. I reckon the tiges will do better next year, now that they've played a final.
The Tigers should have won with the amount free kick blues gave them in the first half then again credit for blues for fighting back to win the match.
