Ok so I'm 15 and at that stage in life where people start asking you what you want to be when your older. I'm one of them people that doesn't want a job were you look foward to weekends becuase your job is boring. I want to be a P.E teacher becuase I love sport but I also dream to be a NRL player. I know I could be a NRL player if i tried. I'm good at Rugby league and have played for my town and state. So I want to know if i can go to uni while focusing on becoming a rugby league player. Is it possible? Ill happily do a trade or apprentiship and just drop out when my RL career picks up but I also want to know if it doesn't can i drop out of my apprentiship and join uni? It would be possible (There are players that do it now, there was a segment on The Footy Show about it a few weeks back). You would only be able to do part-time study, full-time would eat up too much time from football commitments.
