Well it's a topic that will be argued forever. Gary Ablett Jr probably is the best overall but Leigh Matthews was a beast back in his day. The difference in the way the game is played pretty much ruins the chance of ever knowing.
I'm pretty young so I haven't seen a lot of the old legends play but in my time I would have to say Gary Ablett jr. Sometimes when he plays he just makes everyone else look like they are in slow motion...
