Are Mute Swans 'Smart' As Such?

I am doing a little project on waterfowl, tracking and snapping some photos along the way. I was wondering if they would reconise me after coming and feeding them a few days in a row, or if they would hold a grudge if I did something bad to them.I am doing a little project on waterfowl, tracking and snapping some photos along the way. I am sure 'Mute' or otherwise Swans will get a bit narky at you if you decided to kick it in the bum a few times and if its nesting then, well, you'll find out how agressive they become. If its hissing at you, then do as they do in Monty Python and 'Run away! Run away!' Yet your questions about the Cygnus olor would be best asked in a category about animals not the Australian rules category.

Beware of the muted swan
