Hey there! My boyfriend plays football but the season is up and he wants to keep his training up but he has no one to motivate him. What drills and exercises should I tell him to do when I help him he trains every Tuesday and Thursday. I really want to help him out so any ideas?Hey there! Football used to be a way for cricketers to keep fit during the winter. Maybe he could take up baseball or cricket. If he doesn't want to do that then he can go on a 2km jog everyday. It's important for footballers to be able to run when required.

I know in my day, ( in the far distant past), push-ups were all the rage. There were many and varied positions too.
